Expiration Date
MySpaGift certificates have 2-year expiration on Gift Shop merchandise. MySpaGift certificates are valid at any participating Salon/Day Spa for one full year from date of purchase. This is clearly marked on the certificate and indicates the last day it is valid at a Salon/Day Spa. If it is not used at a participating Salon/Day Spa prior to expiration, it can still be used in the gift shop. Simply log on to MySpaGift.com / gift shop.
Extensions: If a MySpaGift certificate is past its Day Spa expiration date printed on the certificate, it can no longer be redeemed at a participating Day Spa / Salon and no extensions are granted. However, you are welcome to redeem the certificate in our MySpaGift Gift shop.
Lost or Stolen
Unfortunately, there is no recourse if certificates are lost or stolen after receipt, since they are transferable and are used “like cash” at multiple locations nationwide.
Return Policy
MySpaGift certificates may be returned within 20 days for any reason. You must contact MySpaGift customer service (customerservice@myspagift.com) or 1-866-605-2454 within 20 days of purchase date. MySpaGift will provide instructions for returning the gift certificate. Upon receipt, MySpaGift will credit the purchaser’s credit card for the amount originally charged less Shipping and Handling. Note: Gifts packaged with a certificate are not returnable, as they include personal care items.

Shipping
Orders received by 2PM EST weekdays (M-F) are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2PM, or on holidays, or on weekends are shipped out the next business day. Click here to view shipping options and rates.
Ordering more than 1 gift
Yes. The on-line order form allows you to order as many gifts as you want. You can have each shipped individually, or in bulk to one individual or in bulk to the purchaser. If you are ordering a large quantity of gifts, see Bulk Orders.

Freedom of choice. The lucky recipient can choose how they would like to be pampered, at what location, and select their appointment times. Absolutely everthing that they could possibly want! How will the recipient know what to do?
The certificate says "LUCY LU is being indulged with a pampering gift in the amount of $xxx.xx". Along with their MySpaGift Certificate, they'll receive our printed directory of active members near their location, instructions for their visit and a custom personal message from the purchaser of the gift. Each customer is directed to call the Salon/Spa of choice to confirm their MySpaGift appointment.
How do I know if there are participating day spas near my recipient?
Search the Day Spa Directory by state or by zip code. Remember, those with certificates are free to use their MySpaGift Certificate anywhere in the continental US - just check our website for participating members. Lucky recipients can always redeem their MySpaGift Certificate online for spa gifts from our Gift Shop.
Using My Gift Certificate in the Gift Shop
Simply shop for what quality spa items you desire that are within the price range of the certificate. MySpaGift reserves the right to substitute items onto the order if the order placed is less than the certificate amount. Cash back is not offered. For purchases over the certificate amount, simply include a money order or credit card number for that amount. There are shipping charges for gifts. Once you have decided which of the giftshop items you desire, please print the shopping cart order form of those items. Mail the order form and the original gift certificate to the MySpaGift address preprinted on the backside of the certificate. Please include a ship to address. Once received, the fulfillment team will package your gift items and mail them out. Gift certificates are not redeemed without the receipt of the original gift certificate.
What if the recipient does not use the entire certificate?
Certificates need to be redeemed in full. If a balance remains on the date of service, that particular spa may issue store credit to return to the same spa for the balance. Recipients may choose to use remaining balances to purchase retail items at the spa/salon. No cash refunds.
What if the certificate is not enough to pay for all services?
The customer will simply pay for the excess via cash, check, or credit card.
Is this gift appropriate for men or women, youth, business clients, employees?
Yes! This gift is not just for women, men are welcomed with open arms. Men generally prefer: massage, facials, back facials, haircut or manicures. Approximately 30% of all day spa customers are male. Women of all ages love a pampering experience - spoil a teenager, pamper a preteen, indulge your grandmother. Offer them a facial, or a massage, or a complete makeover! What better gift is there to say "thanks for your efforts, relax & enjoy" to business associates?

All participating members listed have been actively solicited to honor the MySpaGift program. Those few listed without service offerings may or may not honor the certificates, as they did not complete their enrollment package. Please contact the Spa/Salon of choice prior to appointment to confirm their membership.
